What we collect
When you apply for membership we collect your name, email address, company, role, and anything else you choose to tell us in the application form. We collect it because you gave it to us, and we use it to assess your application and to stay in touch about the association.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a member, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Who else sees it
Our email provider processes messages we send you. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else for their own purposes.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll handle it. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD.
